I have workbooks that have, in previous Windows/Excel combinations, been able to run a free version of Solver. The Excel spreadsheet package comes with solvers for linear, nonlinear, and integer programming it accepts enhanced add-in solvers as well. I am running Office/Excel 2013 on Windows 10.
